i have accumulated many tracks through my Napster account and have just got an MP3 player, nowt fancy but a new one, I can easily install all the tracks but it says FORMAT ERROR when I try to play one, so i tried to convert the files from WMA to MP3 but the program I was using said PROTECTED ??? how can I use all these music files on this mp3 player ? am I missing something ?
please help
