i have a rca mp3 player. it is a 120mb. i have absolutely no songs on my mp3 player but every time i go to put a song on it says it wont fit. i have used both real and windows to try to download songs. both of them say 118mb is taken but i have absolutely nothing on my mp3 player. what is wrong and how do i fix it?

Reply:Time to format the player to erase everything. Also check that the software is installed properly, if you use musicmatch rca players need extra software to download and talk to the system.
