Sandisk mp3 player help!!!?

hey, i own a sandisk 512mb mp3 player. heres a link so u know wht kind.

anyway, one day i went to add some new songs and delete a couple on my laptop. i plugged in my mp3 player to my laptop and added and deleted some songs. then i closed the laptop with the cord still plugged in along with my mp3 as well. when i went to listen to my music, everything started perfectly, then i press the play button and it wouldnt play. all the other buttons work, i even have the radio still, but i cannot play my music. it still stays paused. please help!! thanks

I think it's time to buy a new one. I suggest one with a least 2GB.

Reply:well, if it doesnt work, then tje button is obviously broken, but you can replace it!!

Reply:It sounds like the button is broken. I just saw some 2 gb players for $32 at Sears this weekend.
