my son has just been given an mp3/mp4 player the problem is i dont know who makes it. it definatley is mp4 because it has a folder inside for video. it looks the same as apples ipod but is just a replica with a 4gb drive, i checked the firmware version and in their it say's LG mp3 player but LG dont list it. what i want is a user manual and possibly some software if need be. i uploaded music to it no problem but when i tried video it went in but did'nt play even though it was in the right format. if you look at the link below thier is a pic of what it looks like to give you a better idea. any help appreciated, cheers.

Reply:ok have no idea where you can get the manual, this is definitly some kind of knock off - so really have no clue if it is even really video capable.
now how did you convert the video? if you are absolutely sure that the video is converted properly, all you should have to do is click and drag the video folder to the player icon on your computer. make sure your conversion went thro if you converted yourself and try to play the file back on your computer. if it doesnt playback then there was more than likely an error with the conversion process and you will have to reconvert.
