My mp3 player doesnt work, what I do?

My mp3 player all the time when I turn on, automatically turns off. I don't now what happens with my new mp3 players. I have new battery that work on my sisters mp3 player. But on my mp3 player I don't know why doesn't work.

Reply:It has shot craps. it is time to buy a new one. Sorry that you have to hear that. On the bright side, you can get a new on. And look into getting an ipod touch. They are GREAT
Reply:If its new send it back and get a new one if the seller( assumeing there leagal) should comply and replace the device. The thing though is to chec if you get a 90 day warrenty with it, make sure to get the songs off first because they won't rehemberse you for them any trouble search and contatc the Better Bussiness Beauro of the USA the will investigate and help.
