My mp3 player fell in water today and still works but now.....?

Im trying to download a few songs into my mp3 player, and you know how when you plug in your mp3 player it tells you in some way that its connected then?? then a file appears and thats where you put all your songs in right? well my mp3 told me that its already conntected to my PC but when i go to the file its not there. the file is :removable disk. and when i plugged my mp3 in it DIDNT SHOW UP! It ALWAYS shows up!! WHAT DO I DO!! I HAVENO IDEA WHAT TO DO!! IM ONLY 12!!

well it did get wet.you should have let it dry from the inside before turning it on.try restoring the mp3 player and see if it works, but then again it did get wet so the chances of it being messed up are slightly high.but christmas is just around the corner so you can ask for a newer more improved mp3 and this time try not getting it wet.
Reply:Turn your MP3 player off and let it dry for a 2-3 days and see what happens. It is probably still moist on the inside. If that's the case, it wont work properly until fully dried out.

Reply:u have to seek for technical assistance.. ur mp3 player might have short circuits inside, have it fixed..
