My Samsung player's model is YP-K5JQBY and when I connect it to my computer, it doesn't get noticed by the computer. This means that even though it says it's being charged on my MP3 Player, it actually isn't.
I also can't send files to my MP3 because it is not detected by the Samsung Media Studio too. Please help! Is it because of my cable or my MP3?
I tried resetting the MP3. I tried going to the website but I couldn't find anything!!! HELP PLEASE!!

You may have a corrupt file on it or you need to update/download the latest firmware because you may have corrupt firmware.
First update firmware then/or try formatting your player.http://www.samsung.com/support/index.asp
