about the mp3 player again the device say's on the computor say's that the music is on my mp3 player but the mp3 player say's no data what is the problem ?

It may be the format the music is in. Some mp3 players can play audio in any format but others require you to convert them. If u are using wma format u may need to sync with windows media player. Try converting the music to a different format using an audio converter. Just google "free audio converter".
