I own a Dell Jukebox mp3 player that is almost three years old. I recently had to reinstall the operating system on my computer and now must reinstall my mp3 player. However, I have the lost the software that came with the mp3 player. I have called Dell and they want to charge me a high price for it. Is there another alternative?

i don't know much about that brand or product but maybe you could try downloading the software from Limewire or another similar dowloading source, or if you know someone else with the same mp3 player who has the software.
